You may order any of Earthwise Media's environmental educational products directly from Earthwise Media.
Earthwise Media products are also available from a number of other organizations including firms specializing in sales to libraries in both Canada and the US.

Orders may be sent to Earthwise Media by email, FAX or phone.
For more information on how to order our products call Wes Nicholson at 360-271-1584 or send your name and phone number to orders@earthwisevideos.com and ask us to call you. Please enter earthwise products as the subject of your email.
Payment:
Schools, libraries and other organizations may arrange for payment with a purchase order. Purchase orders may be sent by email, FAX or regular mail. When sending a purchase order by email please be sure to provide a contact name, phone number, PO number, order date, ship to address, bill to address, desired shipping method and quantity of each product - be sure treat VHS and DVD versions of a video as seperate products.
We will gladly accept orders from individuals and organizations without purchase orders and ship the invoice with the order. To place an order please call 360-271-1584.
Earthwise Media does not accept credit card orders. If you wish to purchase one of our products using a credit card please contact one of our
Shipping & Handling:
A shipping & handling fee will be added to each order unless otherwise agreed to. The shipping & handling fee will be US$ 3.00 plus estimated shipping costs (effective 3/1/05). We normally ship by US Mail - media rate which can take from 7 to 10 to arrive. We will also ship by any USBS service, UPS, or FEDEX at the purchasers request.
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Return Policy:
Earthwise Media will gladly replace a defective Earthwise Media video product with a new copy of the product. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning a defective product. Please contact orders@earthwisevideos.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Replacement products will only be shipped once the defective product has been received and reviewed by Earthwise Media.
Refund Policy :
Earthwise Media will refund the purchase price of products purchased directly from Earthwise Media less a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price if a request for a refund is received within 30 days of the purchase date. A product and its case returned for a refund must be in "as new" condition. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning a product for a refund. Please contact orders@earthwisevideos.com for a Return Authorization Number and refund instructions. Refunds will only be made once the product has been received by Earthwise Media in "as new" condition. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be made through a credit to the card used to purchase the product.
